At Two D Home Watch, LLC, owned by Dawn and David Greenkorn, we know you settled in Punta Gorda for the beautiful weather, golf and fishing, just like we did. As former Hoosiers with two children who still live in Indiana, we understand that you love to head back to your family once the nice weather sets in.
The problem is, you need someone responsible to watch after your piece of Florida paradise while you’re not here. It’s hard to put that burden on friends and neighbors. If you’re looking for a more professional approach, we have decades of experience that led us to where we can help you today.
How to Get Started
David began working in the cabinet industry in 1985. He started as a warehouse employee and advanced through different positions to become the National Sales Manager/Director of Marketing, that eventually kept him traveling each week.
After graduating from Purdue University, Dawn began a career managing drug stores, and segwayed into raising their two children and local volunteer work. After their 2 children were older she worked with special needs children and clerked for a circuit court judge.
In 2010 we began our own independent sales company in the cabinet industry. From 2014 to 2018 we rehabbed single family residences. This experience along with National Home Watch Association training has provided a solid foundation for Two D Home Watch. Our strong organizational skills, dependability, and professionalism make us, at Two D Home Watch, LLC, your superior home watch services choice.
At this time, Florida does not issue licenses for the home watch industry (contrary to what some home watch companies may claim). To add to your peace of mind, Two D Home Watch, LLC is registered with the Florida Division of Corporations. Our company also possesses Local Business Tax Receipts from the counties in which we provide services.

Areas Served
We service Punta Gorda, FL south of the Peace River and areas around Burnt Store Road down through Burnt Store Marina. This includes communities such as Burnt Store Marina, Burnt Store Lakes, Burnt Store Village and Punta Gorda Isles.
Hours of Operation Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM EST.
We are not a 24/7 company. However, due to the nature of our business, we do our best to assist clients after hours and during weekends when emergencies arise.
